A library every child can reach
Most schools cannot stock 2,500+ books on shelves, in every language, for every class. A digital library puts all of them in every student's hands, on the phone or laptop they already use.
Readoye is school library software and an e-library app for CBSE, ICSE and State Board schools. 2,500+ books, a 5,570-article encyclopedia, Hindi, Bengali and Tamil classics and a teachers' shelf, with one simple login per student. ₹49,900 per school per year, including GST, unlimited students.

Class-wise picks, themed collections, short reads of 15 to 60 minutes and a simple search. A Class 6 student and a Class 11 student each see books chosen for them first, and every book stays open to everyone.
Hindi, Bengali and Tamil classics sit next to English and world literature. Tagore, Premchand, Ambedkar, Gandhi and Nehru are a tap away.
NEP 2020 puts reading habits, multilingualism and school libraries at the centre. Daily access, reading streaks and class boards make reading a habit, not a project.
No servers and no installs. A librarian or class teacher prints login cards, and the principal sees reading activity across classes.
No student email addresses, no ads. We keep only a first name, a class and reading activity, designed around the principles of India's DPDP Act.
Readoye is a reading library, not a textbook replacement, and it is board-neutral. We do not claim any board's endorsement. See the full overview or read this page in हिंदी.
A real library, not a pile of PDFs: chosen, edited, organised and easy to use.

No. Students sign in with a school code and a simple login that you print as cards. We store only a first name, class and reading activity. There are no ads and no tracking for marketing.
Most are public-domain classics (Project Gutenberg, Wikisource, Project Madurai) or openly licensed works such as Wikipedia articles. We check each book for age suitability and India copyright, clean and organise the text, and credit the source on every book. You pay for the curation, reading app and school tools, not for the books themselves.
NEP 2020 stresses reading habits, multilingualism and a strong school library culture. Readoye gives every child daily access to books in several Indian languages, and gives teachers simple ways to encourage reading.
Any phone, tablet or laptop with a modern browser and an internet connection. Nothing to install. The plain, paged reader also works well on e-ink tablets with a browser.
No. Readoye is a curated academic library: 2,500+ public-domain classics, Indian classics and thinkers, a school encyclopedia and teacher resources. It does not include modern copyrighted bestsellers. Every book in the collection is open to every student at the same time, with no waiting for copies.
Free libraries are huge but unsorted. Readoye is chosen, edited and organised class by class, with Indian languages, a teachers' shelf, student logins and school tools, which free platforms do not offer.
